So we have been getting alot of people telling us that we should audition for X factor and thought we'd blog about it.
Last year SnR did audition for Xfactor and its was a very looooooooooooong, very tedeous and a very staged process....
Everything that happens on that show has been scripted down to the position of a cup!!! lol
Everyone is told what to do, when to do it and how to do it....nothing just happens.
So anyway, we got tru the first set of auditions which was held at the 02 arena, in front of the shows producers (NO NOT SIMON COWELL AND THE REST).
We then did a 2nd audition in front of the shows Exec's a few days later, @ the Emirates, had our pics taken, then had some long stupid interview, where they ask irrelevant questions like "do you argue? Are your parents 2getha? Have you had anything really bad happen in your life that you had to overcome?" WTF - since when did that eva have anything to do with music or our talent ey?
If you dont have a "woe is me story" or a "ive tried out 50million tyms" or a "im related to leona lewis, alex and jls" then no matter how good you are your more than likely not to get thru so DO NOT TAKE IT PERSONALLY! cz its all about the ratings
So any way, we did the 3rd audition in front of more exec's and then a few months later was sent a letter saying unfortunatley we cannot take it futher or smt of the sort.
So I hope that has cleared a few things up :)
For those thinking of trying out tho, do! GO 4 IT! you never know what may happen :) but be prepared to WAIT AROUND ALOT!!! and TAKE PACKED LUNCH! lol
